AI bots do not know their environment

I couldn’t open the upload file dialog in chrome and looked online for a solution and found this from the google chrome support center . A AI answer with broad steps and the final note to contact google support if none of the solutions work. This is just hilarious. What’s next? My banks voice AI support bot telling me that I should try to call the bank’s telephone support? Well, it’s already happening.
